Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

Social Media Login Data. We may provide you with the option to register with us using your existing social media account details. If you choose to register in this way, we will collect certain profile information about you from the social media provider, as described in HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS? below.

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

  • Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your camera and storage. You may change these permissions in your device’s settings.
  • Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information such as your mobile device ID, model, manufacturer, OS, etc.
  • Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications. You can opt out in your device’s settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

In Short: Some information — such as your IP address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information (e.g., IP address, browser characteristics, operating system, etc.). It is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

Our servers are located in the United States. If you are accessing from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and stored in the United States or other countries. In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice or as legally required. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymize your information.

We have implemented reasonable safeguards designed to protect your personal information, but no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology is completely secure. Use the Services at your own risk within a secure environment.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. No uniform technology standard for recognizing DNT has been finalized.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to DNT signals. We do not respond to them at this time.

In Short: If you are a resident of certain US states, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information, including rights of access, correction, and deletion.

California “Shine The Light” Law: California residents may request information about our disclosures of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes once a year. If applicable, you can submit such a request by contacting us.
